Phone\Remote Support is available from 8:30AM to 5:00PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. After-hours support is available by appointment only. We have the ability to remote in to your computer but only with your permission. Unattended support sessions may also be setup with your permission for after hour support. Rates available upon request. After-hours and weekends may command a higher rate.
On-site support at your place of business is available. Depending on your location, a travel fee or travel expenses may be charged. Rates available upon request.
E-mail support is available during normal business hours as time and access to email allow. Rates available upon request.
Training on all of the software products we sell is available, whether in person on-site or via a Remote Session. We use GoToAssist Express for our remote access. Rates available on request.
